ORDERING FAQ's

What does a standard print look like?
Each print 10x10 and above is mounted on masonite. If you choose to upgrade to the gallery wrapped canvas option just select it in the drop down menu.

How do I order a package?
First select the desired package. After you have selected your package go back and select the prints you would like to order. Ignore the button that says ADD TO PACKAGE instead click on the top section to choose sizes ADD IMAGES TO CART. Once you have chosen everything that you want go to checkout. Then enter the coupon code that is listed with each package to receive the discount for the selected prints.

Wall Gallery Ideas
All of the gallery ideas included in the gallery are made to show off your family in the best way possible. If you choose to do a gallery like the ones pictured just look underneath the picture of the gallery for the sizes and picture numbers to select. They are purely optional but a nice help in visualizing what you can do with your images.

Coffee Table Books
Each book is custom designed for the family. They are 10x10 and 24 pages and are bound in a nice hardcover binding. If you desire any changes to the book that was designed state them in the comments section at checkout. They come with a leather cover - colors are - black, baby blue, camel, cardinal red, chocolate, espresso, hydrangea, kiwi, lavender, pink, teal. If you choose the album state what color you would like in the comments section when you checkout.

Gallery Wrapped Canvas
Each canvas is a work of art. They are come ready to hang with the hardware attached and make a great focal point for any room. As to the nature of the canvas they can take up to 3 - 4 weeks to be delivered but are well worth the wait.

Gallery Mount Collages
Each gallery mount collage is printed on photo paper like the normal images. However they are then adhered to a beveled edge wood backing. Depending on the collage the wood will be white or black. Each one requires no frame and has holes in back for hanging.

LOG IN and GALLERY FAQ's

Where are my pictures?
If you have been granted access to a gallery, log in first, then click on My Pictures next to your name toward the top left corner of the screen.

Will the pictures I select stay in my shopping cart?
Yes. Your pictures will stay in your shopping cart until you either place the order or delete them yourself.

I can't seem to log in.
Log in information is case sensitive, be sure you have entered it correctly. If you have forgotten your password, click here.

Why do I have to register to add images to my shopping cart?
By registering an account, you are able to keep items in your shopping cart for a long period of time. Additionally, you will be able to view your orders and private galleries (if available) by having an account.

Does it cost anything to register for an account?
No.

I have been sent access information for a gallery, what do I do?
Click the Access Gallery link. Enter in the access code on that page. If correct, you will be able to view the gallery. If you have an account and are logged in, then you will only have to do this once and this gallery will be listing in My Pictures.
