Today I had the pleasure of photographing this little boy and his mommy. Last time I saw him he was 6 and had lost his 2 front teeth. These are a surprise for daddy for his birthday.

Wow what a difference a year makes. This is Kayla right before Kindergarten last year:

This is right before school this morning.

Poor kid - her backpack is bigger than she is.  We shed a few tears today but when I left she was doing great.  Can’t wait to pick her up later to hear how her day was.
